James "Santa Jim" Klueckman, 76

James George "Santa Jim" Klueckman of Apache Junction, Arizona, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2021 at the age of 76,
Retired from Metro Transit - Badge number 350.
He is survivied by his children, granchchildren & great-grand children.

Kim Wassing, 67

Wassing, Kim of Merrifield, MN/Henderson, NV died surrounded by family on 12/9/2021 at 67 years old. Kim was born 1/5/1954 in Bloomington MN. He loved his family, being in nature, traveling, the Vikings and he never found a problem a drywall screw or duct tape couldn't fix. He was an unstoppable force of gregariousness. In Kim's opinion everyone was invited to the party, as he was always the first to include newcomers and would welcome you with an open heart and jovial conversation. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl, his two sons Andy (Anna) and Kyle (Jess), his brother Corey (Laurie) and his two grandsons, Otto and Elliott. Dates for a celebration of life are to be determined. Kim retired from South Garage.

Elaine Markula, 78

 

IB ImageMarkula, Elaine L. Passed away May 15, 2020 from natural causes. Preceded in death by her parents and brother Donald. She is survived by her sisters, Sally and LaVerne, and her four nieces and nephews. Elaine worked her entire life with Amalgamated Transit Union, being elected to and served as Executive Secretary Treasurer for the Union for over 25 years. She was a proud member of the union for over 50 years. Elaine resided at Kenwood Isles in Uptown where she was active in several building association committees. She was proud of her neighborhood and made many close friends there. Elaine was a "Free Spirit" who lived life by her rules and never wavered in her beliefs.
